Global Program Management
We deliver the world’s most iconic infrastructure and buildings programs – partnering with clients to transform communities, places and lives for the better
In an increasingly complex world, where the pace of change continues to accelerate, we believe every program begins with the end in mind. We look at multiple interdependent projects through an integrated lens with sustainability as a guiding principle. Bringing together our suite of digital solutions to deliver strategic outcomes and tackle each program’s unique challenges, including urbanization, climate change, water scarcity or mega infrastructure.
Our people challenge the status quo. With a long and proven history of successful program delivery, our team draws on the strengths and expertise of our global organization and work across end markets to realize desired outcomes for clients.
What we do
Our program management solutions reflect our commitment to delivering excellence to our clients and communities across the full project lifecycle.
-
Advisory & Consulting
We work with governments, policymakers and c-suite leaders at the early stages of problem identification to build and transform organizations, create funding pathways, identify delivery models, develop business cases and address governance and risk allocation. We engage critical stakeholders, including regulators, to gain comprehensive involvement and support through each program phase. We assess program readiness and maturity, advise teams and address challenge areas. We also guide on digital transformation with our suite of digital products.
-
Planning
We refine delivery during planning by listening to our clients and understanding their desired outcomes. We draw on our long program delivery history, knowledge and proven programmatic approaches to build teams and create measurable plans with clear, costed and value-added execution strategies. We're razor-focused on managing risk and meeting stakeholder expectations to achieve maximum program success.
-
Initiation
Initiation is fundamental to setting a program for success. We mobilize program leaders and provide specialists to quickly establish an initial operating capability, drawing on our expertise to develop functional strategies and plans. We deploy established systems, processes and tools, creating a full operating capability that underpins delivery. We’ll work with clients to develop a clear governance structure that documents all parties' roles, needs, expectations, and accountability. This enables effective decision-making and establishes a performance framework that defines actionable, achievable and measurable metrics based on each client's unique goals. Chartering is a crucial initiation aspect and commences early to ensure all team members align on project details, inclusive of baseline scope, cost and schedule, alongside critical interfaces and assumptions.
-
Delivery
Three attributes underpin how we deliver. We are an integrator. Collaborating with clients and program partners is critical to on-time and on-budget delivery, managing risks and meeting overall program goals. We adopt a data-driven approach, ensuring we continually measure and monitor the outcomes we’re asked to deliver on for our clients. We innovate. Our drive for continuous improvement means we never accept the status quo. The scale of major programs requires that we empower our people to accelerate ideas that increase efficiency and maximize outcomes. We care. Our focus on health, safety, welfare and the environment drive every person in every program we deliver.
-
Handover & Closeout
Effective handover and closeout means our clients are happy with their new assets and prepared to operate them as planned. We use our systems, processes and tools to confirm that all projects within the program are complete, signed off and approved according to pre-agreed criteria. We hand over supporting documentation and train teams to operate and maintain the completed assets and close the delivery lifecycle, sharing lessons learned with clients and the wider industry.
-
Benefits and Legacy
Programs should create both short and long-lasting, equitable societal benefits. Through early strategy, planning, design, delivery and proactive management, we deliver programs with enduring social legacy. We collaborate from the start with our clients and critical stakeholders to identify opportunities for value creation and equitable outcomes, translating them into deliberate benefit plans that use agreed performance metrics to test and measure progress in the short and long term, as the legacy impacts of our client’s investment are often long after program completion.
Sustainability
As a purpose-driven company, we aspire to embed sustainability in everything. Our program management approach is no exception: we partner with our clients to positively impact people, the economy and the environment, enhancing the resilience of their businesses, assets, communities and natural places. By identifying challenges and opportunities early, we develop and deliver a holistic approach to program delivery.
