Jilma Jiménez is vice president and business strategist for Jacobs’ Global Program Management business, where she helps public- and private-sector clients translate global best practices into locally delivered outcomes. With more than 30 years of experience across engineering, program leadership and executive advisory roles, she focuses on shaping delivery strategy, strengthening organizational performance and enabling confident decision-making on complex infrastructure programs. 

An engineer by training, Jilma has led large, multidisciplinary transportation and ports programs across the Americas, serving as a senior project manager and program leader under a range of delivery models, including design-build and other collaborative approaches. Her early career in the public sector gives her a strong client-side perspective, helping her develop practical, implementable solutions. 

With deep expertise in infrastructure construction supply chains, Jilma helps clients anticipate risk, adapt to changing market conditions and deliver resilient, high-performing outcomes in complex environments.
