Jon Mantay leads the delivery of integrated transportation, municipal and facility management solutions for Jacobs’ operations and maintenance services. With more than 35 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, he provides extensive experience in roadway and aviation operations, public works, community development, utilities, public safety and large-scale facilities management.  

Jon leads a portfolio that brings together engineering and operations to deliver smarter, more resilient infrastructure. His work includes high-profile programs such as the Atlanta Airlines Terminal Company, Florida Turnpike, mission-critical data centers, municipal operations and confidential defense programs. He also advances smart city technologies and modern public works approaches that enhance performance and community outcomes.
