Turning Complex Challenges into Measurable Impact: Meet Robert Mehall

Born with a natural curiosity and a gift for problem solving, Robert Mehall is one of Jacobs’ architects, focusing on cities, places and our overall design practice. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for blending functionality with aesthetics, Robert has made significant contributions to the world of architecture. Whether he conceives the initial design or collaborates one-on-one with our clients, Robert leverages communication and collaboration to bring the greatest potential of a project to fruition. With a proven track record of success and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what is possible, Robert continues to make a lasting impact on the world of architecture, data center design, and other markets where technically complex buildings are delivered though design excellence. Robert holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a licensed member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), LEED AP Building Design + Construction (BD+C) accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council, and National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) certified. Outside of work, Robert has an extensive music collection, specifically punk rock and industrial. He also enjoys traveling with his wife and two children. They often take family trips to the beach and, in 2023, they went to Hawaii! They loved it so much; they plan to go back again. For Christmas in 2023, Robert and his family traveled to Malaysia to visit his wife’s family. Quite the jet-setting, world-traveling family, they’ve also visited Bali, Indonesia, Japan
