For 80 years, the Corvallis office has combined deep community roots with global reach. As Jacobs celebrates this milestone, we reflect on a legacy that continues to create impact far beyond Oregon.
Jacobs is supporting the Defence Infrastructure Organisation with program management and technical advisory services to improve the security, resilience and long-term performance of defense estates and drive delivery certainty across complex U.K. and international government infrastructure programs.
Jacobs was selected by American Electric Power, the largest electric transmission system operator in the United States, to provide integrated program delivery services supporting the utility's expanding transmission portfolio across its Eastern region that includes seven states.
Water systems across the U.S. face growing implementation and compliance challenges as they prepare to meet the Lead and Copper Rule Improvements requirements, beginning November 1, 2027. We've been contracted by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources to support all 1,000+ community water systems with coordinated statewide technical assistance and practical implementation tools, with more than 500 systems supported to date.
As climate change increases flood risk, Christchurch's former red-zone land created a unique opportunity to reimagine the Ōtākaro Avon River Corridor. Jacobs worked with Christchurch City Council to develop an integrated framework for flood management, stormwater treatment and ecological restoration that will guide the creation of a more resilient river corridor for communities and nature.
