Jacobs (NYSE:J) was selected by the Port of Seattle (Port) to lead and manage the 10-year renovation of the S Concourse at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Modernizing the 50-year-old concourse includes improving operating systems, environmental efficiencies, and earthquake resiliency, prioritizing seismic updates.
The joint venture of Mace and Jacobs (NYSE:J), appointed by Hellinikon S.M.S.A., a subsidiary of LAMDA Development S.A., is Program Management Consultant for the Ellinikon development and has Project Management responsibilities for the four primary building projects within the scheme – Riviera Tower, Vouliagmenis Mall Complex, Riviera Galleria and the Mixed Use Tower.

Jacobs will deliver architectural design and health planning services for the project, which includes a new 10-storey, contemporary Integrated Mental Health Complex (IMHC) located in the Westmead Health Precinct.

Jacobs completed the underground infrastructure engineering for the PacWave South commercial-scale, ocean wave energy testing facility. The PacWave South project in Seal Rock, Oregon, will be the first pre-permitted, full-scale test facility for wave energy devices in the U.S., and was delivered for Oregon State University (OSU). Jacobs led the engineering services for the HDD Company, the design-build contractor for the project, to support the evaluation and testing of new energy generation technologies to turn offshore ocean waves to onshore renewable electricity.
