As a Senior Project Manager at Jacobs, Reve has spent more than two decades shaping infrastructure that protects communities and prepares Singapore for a changing climate. With strong leadership, deep regulatory insight and an unwavering commitment to public safety, he is driven by one purpose: to build resilient infrastructure that safeguards people and strengthens Singapore’s climate future.

Reve holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Nanyang Technological University. A registered professional engineer (civil) in Singapore, a chartered engineer with the U.K.’s Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE), a certified design for safety professional and an accredited ABC Waters professional, he pairs rigorous technical grounding with a forward-looking, sustainability-driven mindset.
