Finding community at Jacobs

From our 260+ professional internal communities to our eight employee resource groups — which we call Jacobs Employee Networks, or JENs — Jacobs offers so many opportunities to connect, network and innovate with colleagues across the globe.

Joining a Jacobs CoP can foster innovation, enhance problem-solving capabilities and promote continuous learning. 

Employees who strengthen cultural intelligence and global connectivity across Jacobs. Using the GlobeSmart platform, they help teams understand diverse working styles, foster inclusive collaboration, and improve how we work across cultures and regions. 

Employees who apply our Evolve tool to turn sustainability ambition into everyday action – embedding practical commitments into projects and tracking progress against the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The Global Sustainability Network encourages and empowers employees to think more about sustainability in their work and personal life. 

Positive Mental Health Champions are passionate employees dedicated to fostering a culture of positive mental health. 

STEAM ambassadors introduce children and young people to careers in science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics.
