Creating Spaces Where Travel Takes Off: Jacobs Extends Relationship with United Airlines

United Airlines moves millions of people every year, and that experience starts long before passengers board a plane. From terminals and lounges to support facilities, every space plays a role in making travel smooth and enjoyable. 

To continue bringing these spaces to life, United has engaged Jacobs to provide architectural and engineering services under a new three-year Master Services Agreement (MSA). MSA contracts are built on trust and flexibility, requiring deep expertise across aviation disciplines and the ability to mobilize quickly when priorities shift. That’s exactly what Jacobs brings to the table.

Our team will deliver planning, design and construction support for a variety of projects, from upgrading terminals and operational facilities to creating inviting customer spaces such as lounges and clubs.

Jacobs will support United with projects at major hubs including Chicago O’Hare, Newark, Houston, Washington Dulles, San Francisco, Denver and Los Angeles, as well as other locations across the U.S.
