In fact, this collaborative effort between Jacobs and the Port of Long Beach, earned the prestigious 2024 American Public Works Association Southern California Best Project of the Year Award in the Facilities Category, 2025 American Council of Engineering Companies California Engineering Excellence Honors Award, 2024 Construction Management Association of America Federal/State/Local Government Award, and 2024 International Partnering Institute John L. Jacobs to manage major infrastructure project for Ireland’s National Transport Authority

Jacobs has been selected by the National Transport Authority (NTA) in Ireland to provide Client Partner delivery services for the BusConnects Dublin, Core Bus Corridors Infrastructure Works Program. This critical ten-year program comprises 12 core bus corridors planned to deliver a substantial upgrade to walking, cycling and bus infrastructure in Dublin and the Greater Dublin Area while addressing climate change.

Jacobs awarded contract for Metro Vancouver critical water program

Jacobs was selected by Metro Vancouver, a regional district in British Columbia, Canada to provide program management services for the Coquitlam Lake Water Supply Project. The project will expand capacity for accessing, treating and distributing water from Coquitlam Lake, the region’s largest drinking water source, while increasing the system’s resilience to climate change.
