Jacobs announced today the completion of the spin-off of its Critical Mission Solutions and Cyber & Intelligence government services businesses (the “Separated Business”) and merger with Amentum Parent Holdings LLC, forming an independent, publicly traded company called Amentum Holdings, Inc.
