By 2028, Los Angeles will have one of the nation’s most advanced water reuse facilities, capable of transforming 30 million gallons per day of treated wastewater into clean water for groundwater replenishment. The Donald C. Tillman Advanced Water Purification Facility — designed and built by Jacobs — combines cutting-edge technology, public education and sustainable design to help the city maximize water reuse.

At the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, the revitalized Steinberg-Dietrich Hall blends history and innovation to build what matters: a world-class environment for learning, collaboration and leadership. Designed by Jacobs, the transformation introduces twin 320-seat lecture halls, new faculty offices, collaborative lounges and a striking entry plaza — all thoughtfully integrated with the building’s 1952 heritage. Delivered in just 48 months by a Jacobs-led design team, the 2.4 million-square-foot headquarters consolidates five facilities into the largest federally operated LEED Gold-certified building of its time - streamlining operations and setting a new standard for resilient, future-ready government campuses.
