In the heart of South Boston’s Innovation District, Jacobs led the architectural design of 101 Seaport Boulevard — a 17-story, LEED Platinum-certified tower that anchors the Seaport Square development. With sweeping harbor views, a high-performance façade, and a tree-lined public plaza, the building blends sustainability, urban connectivity and workplace innovation. From massing strategy to material selection, Jacobs designed 101 Seaport to meet the district’s environmental and programmatic goals, proving once again what it means to build what matters.
