Wong Kah Weng

Wong is a Technical Director with 32 years’ experience in the coordination and design of coastal structures, including jetties and wharves, as well as structural design in steel and reinforced concrete. He has contributed to numerous maritime, industrial, power and infrastructure projects across the region.

Among his key maritime projects are the 2 x 1000MW Jimah East Power Plant in Malaysia, including civil and structural works for the jetty and trestle, offshore seawater intake system, ash pond and shore protection and Container Wharf 8 for Northport Malaysia, including the wharf structure and access bridge.
