William Lyddane is a transportation decarbonization leader with more than a decade of experience working with clients to plan and deliver the infrastructure systems needed for a more sustainable transportation future. His work focuses on the intersection of transportation, energy and the built environment, where successful decarbonization requires more than technology alone. By connecting long-term planning with operational realities, he supports organizations to move from vision to implementation.  

Throughout his career, William has advised utilities, transit agencies, public sector organizations, commercial fleet operators and ports and maritime organizations on the transition to lower-carbon transportation. He’s known for applying systems-thinking principles to challenges ranging from vehicle operations and charging infrastructure to utility readiness, freight mobility and long-term investment planning. His work emphasizes the connections between people, goods, infrastructure and energy systems, helping clients align decisions, reduce implementation risk and create resilient pathways to decarbonization. William translates complex technical and operational considerations into actionable strategies, enabling organizations to turn ambitious goals into measurable outcomes that strengthen communities and keep the world moving.
