Bringing more than 25 years' experience of forming and leading high performing teams in the consultancy and engineering industry, Tom works globally to unite Jacobs’ capabilities to deliver integrated solutions and sustainable outcomes for rail clients worldwide. His experience includes light rail, metro, heavy rail and high speed rail project delivery for clients including HS2, Network Rail, Irish Rail and Transport for London, spanning the full project lifecycle from feasibility to operations and maintenance.
