Since joining Jacobs, Rizah has continued to drive and support the implementation of the Reconciliation Action Plan, working with leaders across Australia and New Zealand. She focuses on practical action, supporting teams to embed reconciliation into everyday operations. Drawing on deep experience and cultural knowledge, Rizah works with leaders to strengthen engagement with First Nations communities. This approach facilitates consistent, purposeful action across the business.
