Phil Davies

Phil is a seasoned and strategic infrastructure leader with a passion for driving change and transformation to deliver better quality of life outcomes for communities. He has worked with leading global brands including Infrastructure Australia, Transport for London and Deloitte, creating and leading high performing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver significant policy, strategic planning and infrastructure programs in Australia, Asia Pacific and the U.K.

With a background in systems engineering and complex program planning and delivery, Phil advises clients across all aspects major infrastructure programs, including policy, strategy, planning, funding and finance, implementation and operations.

As executive director, federal and defence at Jacobs, he collaborates with public and private sector clients to address complex infrastructure and business challenges, leveraging technology and data to improve productivity, performance and value from investments and services, and transform their business and operations.

Phil is passionate about shaping policy and systems that create capability, drive economic and organization transformation, build thriving communities and sustain Australians’ quality of life. He’s a champion for long-term integrated systems planning, as well as leveraging data and technology to optimize assets and services.
