Mike Radford has more than 17 years of experience planning, designing, permitting and delivering solid waste and civil-site infrastructure projects across Florida and the southeast United States. As a professional engineer and project manager, he moves complex projects from early feasibility and regulatory strategy through design, construction and operations. His experience spans landfill engineering, solid waste facility design and permitting, stormwater management, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, civil-site design and environmental permitting.

His work includes Florida’s Statewide Stormwater Rule and SB 7040 requirements, with a focus on practical stormwater treatment strategies, nutrient reduction, best management practices and long-term operations and maintenance planning. By combining regulatory knowledge with hands-on engineering and delivery experience, Mike turns changing requirements into practical, implementable solutions.
