Michèle Wheeler

Michèle brings more than 30 years of experience across healthcare systems, clinical transformation and major capital programs. 

An experienced healthcare leader, Michèle began her career as a nurse and has since worked across the U.K., the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific. She has led more than 100 health service and infrastructure projects, partnering with healthcare providers, governments and global consultancies to improve clinical outcomes, operational performance and patient experience. 

At Jacobs, Michèle works with clients and colleagues around the world to develop practical, sustainable solutions to complex healthcare challenges. Her expertise spans health service planning, clinical transformation, healthcare infrastructure and the design and delivery of future-ready health systems.
