Megan Ellis is Jacobs’ global principal for business continuity and emergency preparedness, leading resiliency services that help clients prepare for, respond to and recover from both natural disasters and manmade events. She supports organizations across multiple sectors in strengthening operational resilience and improving emergency readiness. 

Her expertise includes risk and resilience assessments, emergency response planning, business continuity planning, training and simulation exercises. Megan works with private, public and government clients to identify vulnerabilities, develop practical mitigation strategies and improve organizational preparedness for complex incidents and disruptions. 

Known for her collaborative and hands-on approach, Megan facilitates planning, training and emergency activation support across large, diverse organizations. She helps clients build resilient systems and response capabilities that reduce risk, strengthen continuity and support faster recovery during critical events.
