With 30 years’ experience and more than a decade at Jacobs, Megan Delevan has built her career around guiding complex projects through every phase of delivery. From early feasibility and concept development to detailed design and construction, she leads multidisciplinary teams with a steady focus on cost, schedule and quality.

Megan has led projects across the life sciences, higher education, commercial and hospitality sectors, often serving as the long-term Jacobs point of contact for repeat clients. Her portfolio includes laboratory renovations and campus capital projects for notable life sciences client, Spark Therapeutics, and for Campbell Soup Company and for leading universities, as well as large-scale workplace, hospitality and mixed-use developments.

From fast-tracked lab renovations and speculative life sciences fit-outs to historic building transformations and new research facilities, Megan is known for her ability to manage complexity while keeping projects moving forward, especially when schedules are tight and conditions change.

Across her projects, Megan consistently looks for ways to add value. She has accelerated schedules through early enabling packages, partnered with clients to identify cost-saving scope strategies and worked closely with construction managers to navigate challenges such as supply-chain disruptions and COVID-era constraints.

Whether managing a multi-building campus program or supporting long-standing client relationships, Megan brings clarity, accountability and calm leadership to every engagement. Her work reflects a career built on trust from clients who return again and again, and from teams who rely on her guidance to deliver their best work.
