Leo Ariza is a recognized leader with 28 years of experience delivering rail, road and tunnel projects from feasibility through detailed design and construction support. He has led multidisciplinary teams on major infrastructure projects across six continents and 20 countries, providing strategic direction for tunnel boring machine (TBM) tunnels, mined tunnels and underground caverns.
Leo specializes in translating complex technical challenges into practical, construction-ready solutions. Drawing on experience from major projects, including Sydney Metro, Melbourne Metro, Torrens to Darlington and more, he supports clients manage risk and make confident decisions throughout project delivery.
