Fikret Yildirim

Fikret Yildirim leads Jacobs’ operational technology (OT) Cybersecurity capability in Europe and has a multidisciplinary team delivering advisory and consulting services across critical infrastructure sectors. With more than 16 years of experience in industrial automation, control systems engineering and operational technology cybersecurity, he works with clients to secure increasingly connected operational environments while supporting safe, reliable and resilient operations. 

Having built his career from designing and delivering industrial control systems, and advising on cybersecurity strategy, Fikret brings a practical understanding of both engineering and cyber risk. He has worked extensively across the power and energy industry, including transmission and distribution networks, substation control systems and large-scale operational technology environments, and also supports clients across water and transportation. By combining engineering expertise with cybersecurity consulting, he supports organizations to strengthen resilience, manage operational risk and modernize critical infrastructure with confidence.
