Fiachra Ó Cléirigh is executive vice president and general manager for Jacobs’ Energy & Power business, leading global strategy, operations and performance across the sector. He works closely with regional sales, marketing and delivery leaders to help clients deliver complex infrastructure programs safely, efficiently and at scale. 

With more than 20 years of experience across multiple sectors, Fiachra brings a systems-focused perspective to complex infrastructure and energy challenges. His career began at the intersection of energy, environment and risk, shaping his approach to resilient infrastructure delivery and long-term performance. 

At Jacobs, Fiachra leads multidisciplinary teams delivering energy infrastructure that balances speed to market with safety, supply chain complexity and operational reliability.
