Emrah Delikan is market lead for Rail and Aviation in the Middle East, with more than 20 years of international experience delivering major infrastructure projects from tender through to commissioning. 

A business leader with a strong technical and managerial background, he has led portfolios exceeding $6 billion USD in value, holding senior roles across Europe and the Middle East, including project director, managing director, deputy CEO and market director. 

Specializing in complex design-and-build programs within joint ventures and consortiums, Emrah partners closely with government entities and key stakeholders to drive strategy, business development and operational performance. He combines strong commercial acumen with a focus on safety, sustainability and innovation, consistently enhancing project outcomes while building high-performing, collaborative teams.
