Emma Dade is technical director for sustainable development and ESG at Jacobs and a recognized sustainability leader across Australia and New Zealand. She brings extensive experience across water, transportation, cities, energy and resources, helping clients integrate sustainability and climate resilience into the planning and delivery of major infrastructure programs. 

Emma leads the development of governance frameworks, sustainability management plans, climate risk assessments, net-zero roadmaps and independent sustainability reviews for complex infrastructure initiatives. Her expertise includes sustainable infrastructure frameworks, ESG reporting and emerging disclosure requirements, supporting clients in aligning strategy, compliance and long-term performance objectives. 

An active contributor to industry best practices, Emma participates in expert panels and advisory groups focused on sustainable transport infrastructure and resilience. Known for her systems-thinking approach and strategic insight, she helps clients deliver environmentally and socially responsible infrastructure that supports long-term community, climate and business outcomes.
