She currently leads delivery for a major long-term program in the U.S., where she works closely with clients to advance strategic planning, innovative design and stakeholder-focused solutions. Her work integrates hydraulic modeling, system monitoring and decision-support tools to optimize conveyance and storage performance, particularly under wet weather conditions. 

With deep expertise in hydrology, hydraulics and risk-based asset management, Emily brings a strong focus on applying digital technologies to real-world operations. She has played a key role in developing and applying advanced system models and supporting regulatory compliance strategies, enabling clients to better understand system behavior and prioritize investments. By combining technical depth with practical application, Emily helps utilities make more informed, resilient and cost-effective decisions that support long-term infrastructure performance.
