Emily is a leader in wastewater and collection system planning, with nearly three decades of experience helping utilities improve system performance and plan for the future. She currently leads delivery for a major long-term program in the U.S., where she works closely with clients to advance strategic planning, innovative design and stakeholder-focused solutions. Her work integrates hydraulic modeling, system monitoring and decision-support tools to optimize conveyance and storage performance, particularly under wet weather conditions. 

With deep expertise in hydrology, hydraulics and risk-based asset management, Emily brings a strong focus on applying digital technologies to real-world operations. She has played a key role in developing and applying advanced system models and supporting regulatory compliance strategies, enabling clients to better understand system behavior and prioritize investments.
