Cath has built her career at the intersection of digital transformation, emerging technology and data-driven decision-making. Her experience spans strategy development and delivery, data-led performance improvement, product design and management, stakeholder engagement, operating model redesign and change management.

As principal, digital advisory, Cath works with clients deploying digital solutions and products, including digital twins, in their business. She helps them to bridge the gap between vision and delivery, designing and translating strategic recommendations into actionable, implementable programs that deliver real value.

When not at work, she loves being outside, at the beach, running or walking. She also enjoys cooking, especially testing new recipes with her family.
