Carol brings more than 35 years of experience in environmental remediation, supporting private sector and government clients across North and South America, Europe and Australia. She develops practical, cost-effective strategies that help clients manage risk, maintain regulatory compliance and move complex remediation projects forward with confidence. 

At Jacobs, Carol leads multidisciplinary international teams delivering upland and sediment remediation programs. Her work focuses on helping clients navigate evolving regulatory requirements, including emerging PFAS guidance, while balancing technical, environmental and operational considerations. 

Known for her collaborative and solutions-focused approach, Carol helps clients identify clear, actionable paths forward that reduce uncertainty, protect human health and support long-term environmental improvement.
