Guided by nearly three decades of experience, Bruce Allman is shaping the future of water design‑build in the Americas. He advances solutions that increase value for water programs by strengthening collaborative delivery models, expanding owner‑advisor capabilities and leading integrated design‑build project execution.
Throughout his tenure, Bruce has supported several major ($1B+) programs and complex utility and asset management initiatives, as well as global sales strategies across the U.S., Middle East and North Africa. He holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering from Kansas State University and an Executive MBA from Wichita State University.
