Anthony Harding

Anthony Harding is a Global Principal for Tunnel Engineering with more than 25 years of experience delivering complex underground infrastructure across transportation, water and energy sectors. He has worked as both a designer and design manager for contractors and owners, bringing a balanced, delivery-focused perspective to projects. 

Anthony has supported major tunneling programs across five continents, applying tunnel boring machines, conventional tunneling and cut-and-cover methods to deliver practical, constructible solutions. He is known for adapting proven approaches to new geographies and project conditions. An active contributor to the International Tunnelling Association, Anthony helps shape industry guidance while supporting clients to reduce risk and improve delivery outcomes on large-scale infrastructure programs.
