Andy Derlikowski is a marine archaeologist and cultural resources leader with 15 years of experience supporting submerged cultural resource investigations for federal, state and private sector clients. Based in Pensacola, Florida, he serves as Jacobs’ marine archaeology discipline coordinator, leading marine archaeology services across the Americas and supporting projects in coastal, offshore and inland environments. 

Andy’s experience includes remote sensing surveys, archaeological diver investigations and cultural resource compliance programs supporting navigation improvements, coastal resilience, offshore energy and infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, he has supported programs for multiple U.S. Army Corps of Engineers districts nationwide, as well as international marine archaeology investigations across in Vietnam and Saudi Arabia. His work spans the Gulf of Mexico, Great Lakes, Atlantic Coast, Red Sea, South China Sea and Pacific regions, where he has managed multidisciplinary teams conducting geophysical surveys, desktop studies and underwater archaeological investigations. 
 
Known for combining technical rigor with practical project delivery, Andy supports clients navigating complex environmental and cultural resource requirements while advancing critical infrastructure and resilience initiatives. At Jacobs, he plays a key role in expanding the company’s marine archaeology capabilities and strengthening integrated cultural resources services across the region.
