Māori Cultural Coordinator (Poutoko Ahurea Māori)
Ruth Ormsby (Ngāti Porou, Ngāti Kahungunu, Tainui‑Waikato, Ngāti Maniapoto, Ngāti Pikiao) brings strong experience in cultural capability building and organizational leadership across Jacobs Aotearoa.
With a background in Indigenous Studies (Policy), Ruth works across the business to strengthen understanding of Te Ao Māori throughout everyday work. She supports teams to apply tikanga, Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and Māori values in ways that are practical and relevant.
She works closely with teams to build confidence and consistency in culturally informed delivery, supporting respectful and effective outcomes for our people, clients and communities.
