Richard Hilldrup

A chartered engineer and rail industry executive with more than three decades of experience leading the delivery of metro, light rail, airport transit and heavy haul projects, Richard’s career spans senior leadership positions on major rail projects across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe and Africa as contractor, client and consulting engineer.

Richard is an accomplished rail engineer whose career has been defined by the successful integration of technical excellence and project leadership. With extensive experience in both systems engineering and major program delivery, he brings the ability to translate complex technical challenges into practical, commercially focused solutions. His track record includes leading major greenfield and brownfield rail systems projects and directing multidisciplinary international teams to deliver complex infrastructure programmes safely, efficiently and successfully.
