Friba Hossaini is a lead tunneling engineer based in Jacobs UAE – Dubai Office. She specializes in tunnel boring machine (TBM) tunneling and integrating building information modeling (BIM) into tunneling projects to enhance precision, collaboration and sustainability. Passionate about advancing resilient and environmentally responsible solutions, Friba combines technical excellence with innovative digital practices to deliver efficient and sustainable underground works. Beyond her engineering role, she actively promotes science, technology, engineering, the arts and mathematics (STEAM) education through workshops and mentoring, inspiring the next generation of engineers.
