Thomas C. Walsh

Thomas C. Walsh is a water resources engineer specializing in risk and resilience across transportation and civil infrastructure systems. He draws upon a technical foundation spanning nearly 15 years in the field of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analysis in support of system-wide development and planning efforts. He applies climate data, multi-hazard assessments and quantitative risk methods to help agencies understand vulnerabilities and make more informed decisions about infrastructure planning and investment.
