Paul Rheault

Paul Rheault is an established leader in optimizing operations and maintenance (O&M) for essential public utilities. With more than 40 years in the water and wastewater sector, he has supported municipalities across the Americas to strengthen system reliability, meet regulatory requirements and maximize the value of their infrastructure investments. 

Paul has spent over 20 of those years at Jacobs in contract operations, leading major projects and teams, including O&M of Southern California’s largest water recycling system and the deployment of digital tools to improve operational efficiency. His leadership also includes supporting American Public Works Association accreditation efforts, coordinating capital programs with engineering teams, and helping one of the fastest-growing cities in the U.S. in planning for rapid system expansion.  

Today, Paul supports Jacobs’ expanding O&M portfolio across the West, enabling clients to identify system needs, address constraints and plan for long-term performance.
