Heather MacDonald is a business and growth leader with nearly 30 years of experience delivering strategic leadership across environmental, water, transportation and infrastructure markets throughout Canada. As Executive Director of Sales & Growth for Canada, she leads sales strategy as well as client engagement and market growth initiatives, to address complex infrastructure, environmental and community challenges. 

Heather combines operational leadership with business development and project delivery experience to build trusted relationships, understand evolving market needs and bring together diverse teams delivering innovative, sustainable solutions. She helps clients navigate change and advance critical infrastructure investments that create long-term value.
