David Webborn

As a chartered civil engineer, David led engineering design teams as a design manager before moving into project information management.  

In his current role, David designs and maintains information delivery processes that treat data as a managed digital asset, with clear governance from creation through handover. His work raises standards, supports more sustainable solutions and reduces risk for clients, delivery teams and stakeholders. 

David’s project background spans flood and surface water risk management, including appraisal and business case preparation for flood and coastal erosion risk management (FCERM) schemes. He has also contributed to sustainable drainage, river and reservoir engineering solutions across transport hubs, rail, ports, schools, hospitals, substations, nuclear power stations and retail developments.
