James LeVesconte
James LeVesconte brings more than two decades of experience in program leadership, infrastructure delivery, flood risk management, regulated water and stakeholder engagement. His work supports complex programs that improve resilience for communities and the environment.
James works across client leadership and program delivery, creating the conditions for teams to succeed across a varied portfolio. This includes nationally significant infrastructure projects, flood risk management schemes, hydraulic modeling, business cases, environmental assessments, secondments and management consulting. He focuses on strong client and partner relationships, engaged delivery teams, clear program governance and safe, commercially robust outcomes.
James has held leadership roles on major U.K. water and transportation infrastructure programs, including the River Thames Scheme and the Lower Thames Crossing. His career began with the Environment Agency, where he built a technical grounding in flood risk management, river modeling, strategic planning and asset systems. He now combines that foundation with program leadership experience to support Jacobs’ one team approach and deliver infrastructure that protects people, strengthens places and supports more sustainable communities.
