With over 30 years of experience in the industry, David brings a deep understanding of major infrastructure delivery across multiple sectors. This includes various contracting and procurement models, from traditional frameworks such as the Institution of Civil Engineers and the International Federation of Consulting Engineers to New Engineering Contracts and the various forms of P3 and Private Finance Initiatives.
