Jenny Zenobio is an environmental engineer and ecotoxicologist with nearly 20 years of experience helping clients address complex contamination challenges. Her work focuses on emerging contaminants, including PFAS, pharmaceuticals, personal care products and microplastics, combining scientific expertise with practical, real-world solutions. 

She brings a strong technical foundation in PFAS research, including a Ph.D. focused on remediation technologies and postdoctoral research examining how microplastics influence PFAS behavior in the environment. At Jacobs, Jenny helps advance and apply innovative tools for PFAS source identification, plume characterization and treatment optimization. 

Jenny supports projects across public and private sectors using advanced fingerprinting, fate and transport analysis and remediation strategies to guide decision-making. By connecting data, site understanding and treatment design, she helps clients move from uncertainty to informed, actionable solutions with greater confidence.
