Laura Hoffacker brings more than a decade of experience at the intersection of business and sustainability, helping clients deliver nature-positive solutions that strengthen resilience, reduce risk and support long-term value creation. She works across sectors to translate sustainability ambitions into practical strategies, integrating nature-based approaches into infrastructure planning, investment decisions and program delivery. 

As global program manager for Nature Positive Solutions at Jacobs, Laura focuses on scaling these approaches across markets and geographies, ensuring they are effective, practical and implementable. Her experience includes integrating biomimicry-informed design into critical infrastructure, supporting innovative financing pathways for nature-based solutions and developing decarbonization strategies across industrial, transportation and data center sectors.
