Colin Parker

Colin Parker is the Regional Solutions Director for Tunnel & Ground Engineering in APAC, with more than 40 years of experience in geotechnical consulting. He specializes in ground characterization and earthworks design for tunnels, transportation infrastructure and major developments. 

He has led geotechnical delivery on major infrastructure programs including Sydney Metro, WestConnex and Sydney Airport Rail Link, as well as earlier landmark projects such as the Sydney Olympic Stadium. Colin integrates geotechnical, groundwater, contamination and tunneling inputs to strengthen design outcomes and manage risk. His experience also includes landslide remediation and tailings dam investigations across Australia and Papua New Guinea. Colin brings deep technical expertise and practical leadership to help clients deliver resilient infrastructure in challenging ground conditions.
