Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson is Global Solutions Director and Vice President for Tunnel & Ground Engineering at Jacobs, leading a global team of more than 900 specialists. He is responsible for advancing technical excellence, innovation and collaboration across the practice. 

With more than 30 years of experience, Mark has delivered major tunnel and underground infrastructure projects across the U.S., U.K., Canada, Malaysia and Singapore. He has played key roles on complex design-build programs, supporting both contractor and owner teams. Mark specializes in risk management and contract packaging strategies, helping clients navigate uncertainty and improve delivery outcomes. His global experience enables him to bring proven approaches and insights that strengthen performance across large, complex infrastructure programs.
