Sandy has more than 15 years’ technical experience in the water industry, solving complex engineering challenges, and contributing to technically excellent designs. He has a strong focus on hydraulic engineering design of water and wastewater infrastructure, including treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, dams and canals.
