Ken Kutsmeda

Ken Kutsmeda is the Global Technology Leader for Jacobs’ Data Center practice, leading the engineering, design and commissioning of critical power distribution systems for clients worldwide. With a career focused on mission-critical infrastructure, he brings deep technical expertise and has delivered more than one million square feet of data center facilities across commercial, federal, colocation and cloud environments. 

A recognized industry expert, Ken is an active contributor to advancing mission-critical power system design. He regularly authors and presents on industry topics and serves on the Consulting-Specifying Engineer editorial advisory board. His work emphasizes reliability, resilience and future-ready design for high-availability facilities. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional. His contributions have been recognized through industry honors, including Consulting-Specifying Engineer’s 40 Under 40 award and an ASHRAE Regional Technology Award, reflecting both technical excellence and leadership in the field.
