Janet Goodrich

Janet Goodrich brings nearly 40 years of experience in waste management and environmental services, supporting public and private sector clients across solid waste, remediation, environmental, health and safety, air quality and sustainability. She helps organizations take an integrated approach to waste, developing strategies that reduce environmental impacts while supporting long-term performance and community outcomes. 

With a background in solid waste engineering and planning, Janet has led the development, permitting and compliance of facilities including materials recovery, composting and landfill operations. She also advises on waste program master planning, circular economy strategies and waste minimization initiatives. 

Janet is known for helping clients address complex legacy challenges, including the reuse and remediation of closed sites. Her work focuses on turning these challenges into opportunities that deliver environmental, economic and community value.
