Rebecca Reynolds is a forward-thinking leader with more than 25 years of experience delivering complex projects across sectors and geographies. She began her career as an engineering geologist and quickly progressed into leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, bringing together diverse expertise to address complex technical and delivery challenges.

She is passionate about the role of nuclear energy in supporting energy security and accelerating decarbonization. At Jacobs, Rebecca focuses on combining major infrastructure experience with deep technical capability to help clients advance next-generation nuclear programs.
